DESCRIPTION

StuartNatal® Plus 3™ is a yellow oval oil- and water-soluble multi-vitamin/multi-mineral tablet imprinted with the StuartNatal® logo icon ("heart in a heart") on one side and "Plus 3" on the other.

StuartNatal® Plus 3™ contains no artificial dyes, flavors, or added sweetners.

INDICATIONS

StuartNatal® Plus 3™ is a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral nutritional supplement indicated for use in improving the nutritional status of women throughout pregnancy and in the postnatal period for both lactating and non-lactating mothers. StuartNatal® Plus 3™ is also useful in improving the nutritional status of women prior to conception.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

WARNING

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

CAUTION

Folic acid may partially correct the hematological damage due to Vitamin B ₁₂ deficiency of pernicious anemia, while the associated neurological damage progresses. In rare instances, allergic hypersensitivity has been reported following administration of folic acid.

This product is formulated per official U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) standards to meet quality, potency, purity, and dissolution requirements. (Oil- and water-soluble vitamins with minerals.)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Before, during, and after pregnancy, one tablet daily, or as directed by a physician.

HOW SUPPLIED

NDC 64731-814-01, bottle of 100 tablets.

STORAGE:

Store at controlled room temperature 15°-30° C(59°-86° F). Protect from moisture and excessive heat. Note that contact with moisture may produce surface discoloration of the tablet.

DISPENSE:

Keep in well-closed, light resistant container as defined in the USP. A child-resistant safely cap is provided as a safeguard against accidental ingestion by children. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATIONS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
